Recipe : Simple Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix


    When I was a child, ranch was one of my most favourite flavors. Ranch dressing was always the magical thing you dipped all kind of finger size foodd into it. Ingredient :
  1. 1/2 cup Dry Buttermilk Powder 
  2. 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley 
  3. 2 tsp Dried Dill Weed 
  4. 1 tsp Freeze Dried Chives 
  5. 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 
  6. 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 
  7. 1 tsp Sea Salt 
  8. 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper 
How To Make :
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredient till mix well. Transfer the mixture to a hermetically sealed container and store in the fridge. 
Notes: 
1. When you buy buttermilk powder at the store, it is found on the rack, regularly in the heating area or close to the powdered milk. 
2. Storage: the brand of buttermilk powder I utilize (Saco) recommend refrigerating the powder once opened. As far as I can tell, the powder stores for no less than 2 months in the fridge, as long as you keep it in powder shape. In the event that you blend the powder with sour cream or other liquid product, use within 5 days.
