You’ll Need: 

2 glasses hand crafted marinara sauce, in addition to additional for serving 

9 uncooked lasagna noodles, wheat or sans gluten 

10 oz bundle solidified slashed spinach, defrosted and pressed well 

15 oz part skim ricotta cheddar (I like Polly-o) 

1/2 glass ground Parmesan cheddar 

1 vast egg 

fit salt and new pepper 

9 tbsp (around 3 oz) part skim mozzarella cheddar, destroyed 


How to Make:

Preheat broiler to 350°F. Spoon around 1 container sauce on the base of a 9 x 12 preparing dish. 

Cook noodles as indicated by bundle bearings, at that point deplete. 

Join spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dark pepper in a medium bowl and blend. 

Place a bit of wax paper on the counter and spread out lasagna noodles. Ensure noodles are dry. Take 1/3 measure of ricotta blend and spread equitably over noodle. Move cautiously and put crease side down onto the preparing dish. Rehash with outstanding noodles. 

Spoon remaining sauce over the noodles and best every one with 1 tbsp mozzarella cheddar. Put thwart over preparing dish and heat for 40 minutes, or until cheddar liquefies. Makes 9 rolls. 

To serve, spoon a little sauce on the plate and best with lasagna roll.
